Mini Camp with DocShorebird and Gulfbird

This was taken by Gulfbird, but my guess is that it is Jack Grahm who is in camp with his bat.

Here is Doc's Day two report.

Tuesday Mini-camp Day 2Day 2 can be summed up as “more of the same.” And, that’s good! The plethora of good news and absence of bad news has cast a happy spell over the mini-camp. It’s stated purpose has been to just check on a few of the younger players who are recovering from injuries or who the coaches just want to see in person again after reviewing their videos and reports. They had been promised no pressures and asked not to go all out to impress anyone. The coaches realize that not all will heed their request to not to go all out too seriously, but they can make their request anyway. The result has indeed been a relaxed atmosphereconducive to study and improve upon techniques under the watchful eyes of the coaches and a handful of scouts and Orioles’ regular pitchers (see photos). As an example, it has been suggested to LHP and side-armer Donnie Hart to pitch from the left side of the rubber rather than the left side

P.S. Doc, I did not receive the photos by email.

This is a great thread...thanks for doing this. I am interested in Tanner Scott. Obviously great velocity - especially for a lefty, and some solid AFL work. Any pics or thoughts from those who have seen him up close?
