Don't know, but that seems to take a lot of time to relay. I would target that as a way to speed things up a little. There has to be a faster way to get the information to the manager.

Baltimore county and yes, the games are broadcast here either on MASN or MASN2. The Orioles and Nationals games both are shown on one of these two channels.
