If the team is really all in, then why not? Gray is pre-arb.

Gausman, Mancini, and what else would it take? No way those two are bringing back Gray alone.

I would consider it. Gausman doesn't seem to be making much progress in his development, I feel like I am watching the same pitcher who arrived in Baltimore in 2014 - his slider/curve ball hasn't seemed to improve at all.

If the Cubs fix Matusz, I'll join the critics camp, but until then, saying that the O's can't develop a SP seems to me like an absolute not (yet?) supported by facts.
