I picked Baltimore and Detroit. It may just be wishful thinking on my part, but I feel we match up better against Detroit in a one game scenario. I have no interest what so ever in facing Seattle.

I think there's a lot of wishful thinking, haha. Nobody wants to see the Jays. Who are still the most likely outcome.

That said, I am excited by the fact that, should the O's make it, they'll presumably be able to use Gausman or Tillman... and the Tigers and Jays are both burning their best over the next two days. Hell, the poor Tigers would presumably have to burn ANOTHER good arm on Monday in the game against Cleveland. If it is played.

I have to admit - I've wanted to post all kinds of chest-thumping stuff the past 24 hours. But I've largely refrained. One must respect the baseball gods.
