I would've flipped Gentry and Mancini.  I guess Buck liked the way Gentry distracted the P last night when Jones and Machado were on base.

Rather see Mancini in right than Trumbo.....neither are great but man Trumbo scares the hell out of me in the field

It is going to be like last year.  Kim will languish on the bench until Buck gets it through his head that his current SNT isn't producing at the bat or the field and starts playing Kim again.  (Yes that means that I don't think Mancini will hit long term this season.)

Right field doesn't usually see as many chances and Trumbo has the better arm.

I know it's subjective but I feel like Mancini's arm has been one of his strong points defensively.

It's not bad but Trumbo is better. I thnk Mncini's range and glove is better anf LF in OPACY is more difficult.

I like gentry, but he should not be batting lead off.

 

Mancini or Kim should be our leadoff hitters until they prove they can't.

 

Gentry just doesn't make enough contact for me.

There is no reason why Kim shouldn't be playing tonight.  Why even have Kim on the roster if Buck never plays him in obvious situations.  Reimold had a longer leash last season and did nothing to earn it.
