Pitching staff really seems to love giving up multi-run HRs.  Meanwhile all of ours are solo shots.

We all knew this was coming because it's UBALDO.

I find myself saying this in my head once every 5 to 8 days.  "Welp, that's one less game I have to watch Ubaldo pitch for the Os."

And I don't see a single stat that appears to measure the first baseman's rate of catching throws from infielders for outs, or preventing throwing errors by infielders.    There are some counting stats such as putouts but nothing that would indicate how many throws were made in his direction.

So for the purposes of this discussion, it's kind of useless.
