There is a thread about Machado and do the O's need an ass in the clubhouse. From everything I have read, Seitzer would give them the ass in the clubhouse, probably not what you want from a coach. -

See that squeeze play last night by the Guardians to get an extra late run? Frye with the safety squeeze bunt who also hit a pinch-hit homerun to give the Guardinas the lead. I am not saying construct a small ball team, that won't work with the dominate pitching and better defense today. Adding some players who can play small ball when needed would help the team. The Diamondbacks led the league in runs scored, they also led the league in sacrifice hits, had 34 compared to the O's 6. -

On a side note, I think the best of 3 series was just to get their feet in the door with an extra playoff round. I think it’s going to get to a best of 5 very shortly. -

The difference is that those playoff teams actually realized it’s the playoffs and adapted their approach. Maybe we add a vet or two just to add some vets, but I think the players stay the same. We just gotta grow up this offseason. 0-5 is what it is. We have to change as a team. -
