Yeah, Drungo's always beating the drum that baseball should be run more like British soccer, with relegation and such.

They loan players all the time.   Huddersfield has a guy on loan from Chelsea.   He just can't play when they play Chelsea.

It would have really made a lot of sense before the 2017 trade deadline.  The Astros could have been paying him to not pitch instead of the O's.
