I had been thinking Joely Rodriguez would be the LOOGY. But if Cobb signs, does Cortes become LOOGY and Rodriguez goes to Bowie?

I would not have signed Chris Tillman to a major league contract. But since the Orioles did, I expect Tillman to hold one of the five rotation spots -- for, at least, 10 starts. That puts Cortes in the pen or back in the Yankee organization, imo. And from the little bit I have seen, it looks like lefty hitters would have a hard time seeing the ball out of his hand. Maybe that would be his best role.
