I think it means Eshelman is getting called up if this isn't injury related.

I know they don't want to mess up the rhythm of the starting pitchers early, but I think 2 or 3 innings could have been  squeezed in. Oh well, I would be pissed if I was at the game and waiting. ¯\_(ツ)_/

Could have just used an opener.  Have the bullpen pitch the first few and bring in the starter after the delay.
