OK, Sulser got the out, but now he’s got to go three more. I don’t remember how he does in outings longer than three outs, But here’s hoping tonight is one of the good ones.

Wells was up to 34 pitches, but yeah I would have preferred to leave him in for one more out. But at least we're getting free baseball and making the Yankees sweat a little even if they manage to get the win.

My guess is he was not going to throw him 3 innings and with Sulser’s splits he liked that matchup better.
