Where will improved O's pitching come from?

Wondering about how the Orioles pipeline looks for pitching compared to the rest of the league. https://www.mlb.com/prospects/ shows the top 100 MLB prospects and there are 19 pitchers listed of which 21 have an ETA of 2023 for getting to MLB. We have Hall at @82. Rodriguez is no longer a prospect, We WILL need 3 shut-down pitchers to realistically have a good chance at getting through the WC games and the short series leading to the WS.

I would not count on Rodriguez and Means to be those people. Grayson is getting touched up and still has to prove that he can throw accurately at the MLB level and Means might have problems coming back from Tommy John surgury. ... The top pitching will have to come from drafting a lot of college/HS guys and hoping and waiting, OR in trades for established pitchers, OR in trading our surplus IF/OF prospects or present starting position players for other teams high pitching prospects.

In the top 100 in MLB prospects, there are 8 pitchers with ETA’s later than 2023 and let’s ignore them for now. (#26, #38, #54, #64, #68, #78, #79, #80, & #84. ) The “2023” guys are:

#7 Perez Marlins

#12 Painter Philly

#17 Harrison Giants

#18 Bradley Tampa

#19 Williams Indians

#21 Miller Dodgers

#26 Tiederann Jays

#33 Pfaadt ‘Zona

#34 Bibee Indians

#38 Abel Philly

#46 Stone Dodgers

#51 White Texas

#54 Meyer Marlins

#57 Pepiot Dodgers

#61 B.Miller Seattle

#62 Espino Indians

#64 Hence Cards

#67 Priester Pirates

#68 Horton Cubs

#78 Cavalli Nats

#79 Leiter Texas

#82 Hall ORIOLES

#84 Lesko Padres

#92 Libertore Cards

#97 M.Miller Athletics

#99 Abbat Reds

The best chance of a trade here, should be with teams that have multiple top 100 pitching candidates. They are the most likely to be able to trade one of them for something they need now. These are:

Indians #19, #34, #62

Dodgers #21 #46, #57

Marlins #7 #54,

Philly #12 #38

Texas #51 #79

Cardnals #64, #92

The Orioles have the following position player prospects in the top 100 and others who are around:

#3 Holliday Not going to be traded. Nada. Nope. Nyet.

#31 Cowser Stowers, McKenna, Vavra …. ? Santander, Mullins, Hays?

#52 Westburg Mateo, Ortiz…… ? Henderson ?

#53 Kjerstad Montcastle, Mayo

#83 Ortiz ^^^with Westburg etc. infielders

#88 Norby Mayo, Wagner (power bats)

salvage pile people McCann, Fraiser, O’Hearn

Any suggestions on how to trade present assets for high ceiling prospects?
