A win here gives us the season series with Seattle, 4-2.   And we would be 9.5 games ahead of them, so with the tiebreak we would essentially be 10 games up.

A loss and the series would be tied 3-3.   A potential tiebreak for a wildcard with Seattle would come down to division record.   Seattle is 19-11 vs the AL West (with 22 games left, including 6 vs Oakland).  We are 24-14 vs the AL East with 14 games left.

Yeah, Santander was looking fastball on 3-1 and got one and couldn't hit it.   But Miller doesn't  look like Kirby so far.
