I would say he is better than the 2nd best reliever on at least 75% of major league teams, why do you feel a need to make it sound like he's some kind of flaky/inconsistent guy who is bad half the time?

His ERA is 1.68, his WHIP is 1.000.  He had a bit of a "slump" in July , but geez, give him a little respect for this season.
