Great snag. But I hate the lazy lob over to first. Granted it was JD Martinez, but throw a dart to 1B. I've seen Holliday lob it too many times.

I know Adley has hit a few balls hard recently, including a HR. But his swing looks wonky to me. I wonder if the back injury is still lingering.

Maybe, maybe not. But even so, I was referring more to Stowers, not Norby. I agree Norby was a well regarded prospect. He is young enough, and was on a few top 100 prospect lists over the course of his career. Regardless. Rogers isnt looking worth a PB&J Sandwich right now. I hope he figures it out.

#9 in 2023. #16 in 2024. 

Stowers alone could have gottem Rogers, and even then at #16 it still would have been a slight over pay. Norby could have gotten us a much much much better pitcher if Elias didn't get so desperate in a time crunch.
