He's injury prone and is another low OBP, high K guy. He's had one good full season in his career. I'd be interested if it was essentially a salary dump but I am not taking on that contract and giving up anything of real value to get him. -

Good Post. how many of us here regardless of who our favorite NFL team was would blow off the Super Bowl because one of the teams was a Division rival that we lost to or another team that wins too much. -

Roberts is someone that we should definitely be after. We would have him for the next three years for 55 million if you would want him that long. We would have basically three centerfielders out there. You can easily see him being a 30-30 guy in his prime years which is now. You still offer Santander the QO and if he accepts, we are really strong offensively. Many thought the Braves were crazy for getting Sale because he was injury prone. I would trust the FO to make the decision. -

You asked a question. That is why you would offer a more substantial package. Trades are not made in a total vacuum, other teams matter. -
