Has Ashur Tolliver officially signed yet?

Last I heard he had agreed to terms subject to a physical he was supposedly taking in Baltimore on Wednesday. Has anyone heard if he passed the physical and officially signed?

Because we know how the physicals are especially important in the Orioles organization (not that other teams don't care about the physicals), I never consider a deal done until the player has passed the physical. We've already seen one player agree to terms and then fail the physical (Jay Johnson), forcing the Orioles to withdraw the contract.

So until I know that Tolliver has passed his physical, I don't consider him officially "signed." Maybe Tony can confirm whether he has passed the physical or not, since he speaks with Joe Jordan fairly regularly?
