MLB Amateur Draft Combine... Feasibility?

When would you hold them? I think the timing of the draft is problematic in making any of this worthwhile.

Push the draft back to around the ASG like Greg suggested? Also, while I do like the idea of a combine, I think it's less useful for baseball than in other sports because so much of baseball is the ability to play the game itself and not in the ability to show tools in drills.

The problem with having a mlb combine is preperation. Those who are preparing for the NFL combine have about a month and half before the NFL combine. College baseball players will have no time to rest their bodies and improve upon their skills before they participate in a combine.
