Don't think that would really "rally" the team. These guys are professional athletes and getting a pep talk from a guy that is one of their peers that makes millions of dollars playing a game, too, wouldn't be as special to them as it would be a group of fans at a fantasy camp.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a military tie-in or, something that would be welcomed here, an appearance by a Oriole legend, say, Earl Weaver, to give them a big speech on the Oriole Way and how it's returned and they are at the ground floor of something special.
