vs. ATHLETICS 5/28

I have a strange feeling that Andino is not only going to lead the game off with a bunt attempt, but he actually is going to succeed in getting it down for a base hit.

Come on. THAT is even cooler than calling a home run.

Andino got picked off so he is responsible but he was stealing. The pitcher pulled a pick the front leg up and go behind move. That move is basically impossible to read, but it is also really unusual for a pitcher to do out of nowhere. To steal third you have to go when the front leg picks up or you're toast.

I guess it could have been a hit and run in which case Andino did leave early, but I doubt it. Looked like a straight steal to me.

They picked up a sign or somebody's body language gave it away, but Oakland knew what was happening there.

Yeah, that makes sense.

Not to make this into a Berg/Tillman thread all night but when was the last time you saw Tillman strike out anyone on a high 94 mph fastball?

Trick question right? I don't recall him ever hitting that high. Looks like a guy trying to save his job.
