Guthrie got out of the first inning without getting clobbered. With this team, that is how I need to look at things ........... one inning at a time, and avoid being overconfident.

You can do you your own discount, too. Buy the $10 upper reserve tickets, and simply walk down to the many empty box seats in the field level. Just stay out of the infield between first and third base.

I like seeing Guthrie throwing sinkers AND cutters. That can really mess with hitters.

Much tighter strike zone tonight. I thought that Guthrie's 1-2 pitch could have been a strikeout.

The strike zone is very tight tonight. Guthrie will likely throw a lot of pitches, even if he pitches well the rest of the way.
