Guys are definitely still adjusting. I don't feel like the game was any faster/quicker but I didn't see any pitchers having to wait on hitters and that to me made the game more easier to watch.

The issue isn't so much length as it's dead time. If the new rules only cut the length of the game by five minutes but it is five minutes of dead air then it will be an improved product.

Bucholz grounded out three times yesterday to end the inning and had to retreat to dugout on third base side, scratch his nuts and warm up. No problem....
