Sadly, the 2024 Orioles reached their high water mark of +24 on June 20, and though it was able to match it a few times (July 3, 5 and 7), the O’s slipped from there and now cannot get back to +24 before the regular season ends.

I really wish I could get excited for the playoffs. I find myself depressed and the only thing to look forward to is the Yankees getting knocked out. This should be an exciting time, but it is a train wreck.

Ohtani with 6 HR in his last 6 games. He and Betts go back-to-back in the bottom of the ninth to win. Ohtani is a once in a lifetime talent. Dodgers going Ohtani, Betts, Freeman at the top of the lineup isn't fair. They are firing on all cylinders. Meanwhile, my team.......

no matter who they play,if they dont blow it, its going to be tough unless they hit home runs and hit with risp. i like burnes and eflin in a wild card series. i just hope today wasnt the last game at camden yards this season,that would be really sad,the fans deserve better , we came out this weekend.

What bpilktree67 meant was: (1) Burnes's L for the Brewers vs. Arizona in last year's NL Wild Card Game: 4 IP, 5 H incl. 3 HRs, 2 BB, 4 ER. (2) Eflin's L for the Rays vs. Texas in last year's ALWC: 5 IP, 9 H incl. 2 HRs, 2 BB, 5 ER. But yeah, less runs in more innings than Grayson and Kremer gave up.
