Bit of a difference.

It's different, but I'm not sure how different. I'm pretty sure it used to be standard practice that the arrangement between the team and its broadcasters required the team's approval of announcers. That may or not still be the case. It also is an odd situation when the team owns or controls the broadcaster, as with the Orioles and MASN.
