Before tonight's game Gausman had an ERA of 3.45. Ubaldo's is 6.89!

If the Cubs fix Matusz, I'll join the critics camp, but until then, saying that the O's can't develop a SP seems to me like an absolute not (yet?) supported by facts.

What facts support they can develop a SP? They all have the same issues. Potential, but can't command their pitches. At what point does it stop becoming bad luck, and is an organizational issue?
