Exactly. They've long since abandoned trying to rebuild the farm. Eppler will not overcome his meddling owner. Moreno and Angelos should get together and go over their accomplishments.

Kinda feel bad for Mike Scioscia. One of the best active managers in baseball, but he's got a horrible team to deal with. Mike Trout, five or six nice players, a bunch of "meh" and not much of a farm to speak of.

I don't feel bad for him. Maybe if he hadn't engaged in a power struggle with a pretty decent GM they would be in better shape.

An incredibly nice man if you ever run into him, but he became a bit of an egomaniac w the power he had as manager. He could never submit to the idea of DiPoto as GM.
