Sisco has a very high floor.

Low celing maybe, but I think there is more power in that bat than he has shown in games.  I think he has a good chance at being a similar hitter to Nick Markakis (.290 .360 .420 10-15 HR) and at the catcher position that is valuable.  If he has to be moved to LF there is still value there.

He might, but Markakis showed more power at 21 than Sisco has so far. I could definitely see Sisco ending up around your projection. If he can control the running game and continue to improve on the other aspects of defense that should be enough to be a starting catcher.

He did, but he also went from showing 20 home run power to struggling to hit 15.  Something happened that caused much of his power (even doubles power) to get zapped.  With Sisco I was thinking more along the lines of the reduced power version of Nick.  Maybe as SIsco learns to turn on balls better as hitters commonly do as they mature, more home runs will come.  The raw power is certainly there.

Herniated disk in his neck.  He also had/has a cyst on his wrist.
