He needs to accrue 43 more at bats to no longer be considered. The way the Dodgers are handling him . . . I wouldn't find it a 100% certainty.

He'll get them. The way they were talking with Charlie Steiner today, they were making it seem like LaRoche is going to be the UTL guy that gives Loney and DeWitt a break against certain pitchers. Either way they said he'd be back up soon, but they feel like DeWitt has passed him on the depth charts.

Yeah, I know. I just don't trust their whole line of thinking.

True, it's not a great move. If he comes up and doesn't get enough at bats to hit well, he loses trade value, so if they are serious about this, and keeping DeWitt at 3B, I just don't get it.
