Agreed, and I appreciate the use of "children" because that is what the majority of these youngsters are. What many of these kids have to go through is unconscionable.

This sounds like a good development for everyone involved. Even being voluntary, it will separate the bad Buscones from the good ones. It will help the youngsters to not be forced into "B-12" shots, and MLB will have a better, safer way of acquiring young Dominican talent.
