What is the first thing you want the O's to do this off season?

Here is mine:  Sign Bobby Dickerson to a personal services contract for 2019.   Position to be determine later.

He will provide some continuity  while the O's figure out who their GM and Manager will be.

If they make  a decision  on Dan right after the season it would be refreshing but I am not holding my breath.  It could take weeks.   I think his contract may runs through November. Peter often didn't fire managers..  He just let their contracts run out.

I want the Orioles to announce that Buck and all his coaches will not return. After having the worst season in Orioles history, there is no reason to bring back Buck or his coaches. A new leader and new voice is needed.

I’d like to think the decision is already made.   Nothing is going to happen between now and the end of the season that would change one’s evaluation of Duquette’s work.     Now, whether they inform Dan or make a decision public is another story.    But there’s no reason to wait to the offseason to begin deciding.

I am not sure this fanbase who has had third basemen like Brooks and Cal could stand to see 20+ errors coming out of 3rd base.  

If they stick him there and keep him there, my man Bobby Dickerson better be hitting a ton of grounders to him each day.
