Annual and offseason milestones leading up to the next window.

2019 - a minor league championship

2019-2020 offseason - devising elegant new phrasings for things Diaz/Mountcastle need to work on, and/or Eloy/Brandon Lowe moments

2020 - a Rookie of the Year candidate (sorry Jo Adell - look at how polished those Orioles guys are).  

2020-2021 offseason - the JAYSON WERTH/ERIC HOSMER "we're serious, future elite free agents" year too early overpay.  Bonus division rival penalty credit if it is Jackie Bradley.

June 2021 - Adley mania begins.  Double bonus if synchronized with DL Hall MLB debut.

2021 All-Star Game - the one of Kremer/Lowther/Akin/Tate who has 200 serviceable MLB innings, a 4.00 ERA and happens to get 9 wins in 15 first half opener-adjusted starts is the last pity representative era Orioles All-Star before Rutschman eclipses Gary Sanchez.  For the third year in a row, Internet analysts lament the every team must be represented rule but observe at least it isn't a reliever this time, and that Ross Stripling did lose 2018's game.

2021-2022 offseason - the full PADRES MACHADO experience

June 2022 - Adley's 1-1 twin from 2020's draft breaks in.  The team is not eliminated from playoff contention until...
