Game 1:  Manny Banuelos vs. David Hess

Game 2:  Ivan Nova vs. Andrew Cashner

Game 3:  Ervin Santana vs. TBD

 

Banuelos has done all his work in relief this year and is making a spot start for Giolito.  Ivan Nova and Ervin Santana don't pose any threats.  Of course, our rotation doesn't either.

The Sox have some intriguing bats. Their pitching isn't great. I personally think we're the worst team in baseball in terms of talent.

They are supposedly two years or so ahead of the Orioles on their rebuild. But Gelato has not exactly risen to  the cream of the crop.

The White Sox are my 2nd favorite team. But when they play against the Orioles, I do what I always do when the Orioles play against any other Major League team ........ root for them to lose by a score of about 17 to 0.

I think the divide between Miami and Baltimore and the 28th best or worst team is larger than 27 to 15. If that makes sense...
