If Player A And Player B are the same comp through their scouting formula, and one of them comes from Baltimore, and the other comes from Cleveland, I would have the tiebreaker go to Cleveland.

Didn't Dan say that Bautista wouldn't be a good fit for the O's because he didn't think the fanbase would accept him?

I think he meant the clubhouse wouldn't accept him but didn't want to say it publicly. Just an opinion.
