i'd probably give Smyly as a shot out of the guys on the list...He finished with a 4.45 ERA in 12 starts after being traded to the Phillies

Navarez is a good example of how we do have the advantage of picking up players, giving them MLB ABs, and then seeing what their value is once they establish themselves.
