I can think of just two reasons: You've decided not to spend a nickel, unless MLB requires it or Elias says it's absolutely necessary, or you're just too inattentive or stupid to understand the situation the Orioles are in.

“Too inattentive or stupid”?

the question was rhetorical because the two reasons that you posted are obviously what mode the orioles are in and it’s frankly an embarrassing franchise right now.
I do believe we are on the right path but it’s  piss poor from a marketing perspective to not want to expose fans to the future stars of the club when that is all we have to look forward to.

Just above the paywall:

"Sources confirmed the plan is for MASN to televise the Orioles’ March 23 game at 1:05 p.m. against the Tampa Bay Rays and the March 25 game at 6:05 p.m. against the Pittsburgh Pirates."

Guess someone in MASN or the Orioles finally decided how embarrassing it would be to not broadcast one spring training game when every other team is doing so. It's still an embarrassing decision on MASN's part to not cover the team this spring. Two games over the last two weeks of the season is throwing out a bone, but doesn't take away from the ineptitude of the decision makers within MASN.

Of course we get out coverage cut in half with the Nationals. Both fan bases deserve their own network and MASN should go away. MASN still thinks games from last year count as "classic" games. Just a purely lazy network run apparently on a nickle and dime.
