I can see how that could have an impact.

Professionals should be able to do their jobs under any circumstances. The disinterest on the field, when they know the game is being televised speaks to the volumes of their character and perhaps their respect for Hyde. 

I know this is going to be a long season, but I hope they would at least be scrappy.
