No body said they were a good team but most thought the offense would be in the middle of baseball.  Last year we were right around average in all categories and we had Mancini coming back and full year of Mountcastle which should help them of at least stay the same.  We are currently 29th in OPS.  26th in runs and 24th in average.

And that is with Mullins leading the league in hits. That just tells you how bad the rest of the team has been.

In my neighborhood, bouncing one off the top of the fence for a HR counted for two runs. With the phantom base runner in extra innings, why not this, too?
