I am really tired of seeing Mikhail Franco not contribute. His salary is $800,000, so in a couple of weeks he'll be due $400,000 for the rest of the season. Is he going to kept around to make sure that those dollars are "earned," or because the Orioles don't think there's a better option available for the second half of the season? Either one is hard for me to imagine.
