You know Bobby Witt Jr would have been in the majors this year under that rule.

Well if Bobby Witt Jr were an Oriole you would have been complaining about the Orioles gaming his time anyway.  And 19 years old would still be a little young.  But Bobby Grich was 21 and he was drafted out of HS.  But Jim Palmer was 19 and had to prove himself out of the pen.  Game is different now but it is trending back towards younger cheaper players.

But I am not looking to argue, I really don't have a strong preference for how they work it out, I would just prefer they find solutions that are fair to more people. The game will be better with fewer 400 million dollar contracts and the game would be better if the minor league players could afford to sleep and eat in decent quarters.
