Anyone know of any examples of a 5' 8" stocky 27-year-old with defensive issues showing up to camp 30 pounds lighter and becoming a good defender?  It would be like Hack Wilson coming to camp and suddenly appearing to be Max Carey.

Okay, okay references for everyone else... 27-year-old Kirby Puckett showing up to camp as 19-year-old Kirby Puckett.
