I'm down, but based on recent history what are the chances that this org shells out $20MM+ annually for this guy? It's almost not even worth speculating.

Not to mention the posting fee. Yeah, not happening.

To be honest I would have a hard time cheering for anyone named Yamamoto, considering the history of Pearl Harbor.

Uh, wow. Shallow end of the pool, huh?

FYI, I have as much reason to dislike what happened at Pearl as anyone. My grandfather was on the deck of the Arizona when she was hit. He was blown overboard, and survived. He told me the stories of his shipmates suffering and dying. I still have no malice toward someone who had nothing to do with it. You do you, brother, but wow.

I know how he feels. Grayson Rodriguez, Kyle Gibson and Cole Irvin all share the last name of US serial killers. I can't in good conscience root for them or the organization for supporting serial killing by keeping them on the team. Also Dillon Tate... Andrew Tate? That's a no go too. I just can't be a fan of this team anymore.

Sorry just having some fun. :) There are a lot of Yamamotos in Japan and none of them had anything to do with Pearl Harbor. That was only Yamamoto Isoroku and he's been dead 80 years. Might be best to let that one go dude.

O's have two #1s in GRod and Bradish.  Two #3s in Means and Kremer.  They have Wells, Hall, McDermott and Irvin fighting over #5.   I don't see Elias spending money on a starter this off season.

He probably will add starters to the farm.
