Former Oriole Brett Phillips in the lineup in CF.

I was surprised when I saw he had just 17 at bats for the Orioles last year.   I thought I remembered lots of angst over playing time that we were giving him instead of more deserving younger players.  We got THAT upset over 17 at bats?

Rays win.

You know our record is almost the same at home as on the road. Cool.

Incredible consistency all around for this team.   Almost too perfect to be believed.

Great record at home, similar great record on the road,

One of the best records in MLB when scoring first, one of the bast records in baseball when the other team scores first.

And of course the complete lack of being swept or prolonged losing streaks.  We have lost more than 2 straight games just twice... a 3 game losing streak and a 4 game losing streak.

@Frobbyas documented the record in every 10 game stretch and it is incredibly consistent too.

The 1983  team that won the World Series had two different seven game losing streaks.   This 2023 team is just remarkable.
