It’s a head scratcher and extremely frustrating considering we have a well rested bullpen. 

Not being able to separate the player he was 14 months ago with the player he is now.

I’m not calling for Brandon Hyde’s firing or hating on Jorge Lopez but I just don’t understand why Hyde tries to squeeze an extra batter out of Lopez here. It’s a bullpen game and Lopez isn’t remotely his most effective righty in the pen today. I just don’t get it. And he should have yanked him after the first homer.

This was a legit an Orioles Magic game.  We had so much crap go wrong from the 8th inning on and pulled a win out of our rear ends.  Unbelievable.

Yea - we won in spite of Hyde and Frazier. How  bout cherishing this team - this season.  I know being positive is frowned at a bit on here but for me this was perhaps the best/most fun/most nerve racking game I've seen in all my 70 years of watching Orioles baseball. Two of the best teams in baseball toe to toe and going to the playoffs at the same time. . Get use to it. This is in my opinion, the start of years of the O's versus the Rays.

All is right in the universe. 
 

This magical win gives them a chance to hold the division. Without it, I don’t think they could have held off Tampa. They at least have a chance now. 
 

They are up two games in the standings, three in the loss column and four with the tie-breaker between them and the Rays.
