Got the triple because Soto tried for the catch on a fly in the gap, and ball got by him and rolled to the wall.

249 pitches thrown by Yankee pitchers tonight including 171 by the bullpen.  Would be nice if the Guardians can knock out Cole early tomorrow.

Just an interesting fact of this game. Both Judge and Soto HR were only HR in Yankee stadium.

After Gil was pulled, NYYs used eight relief pitchers -- their entire bullpen.

Amazingly 1/2 game back in front of Yankees.  I think once the O's get past the Astros this weekend the O's/Yankees schedules look about equal.  It will take a miracle to hang w/ the Yankees w/ all these injuries, but miracles have happened.
