Best Pitcher

1. Corbin Burnes, Orioles
2. Tarik Skubal, Tigers
3. George Kirby, Mariners

Bulletin board material for the Detroit guy.

He's threatening to make AL Cy Young as much of a landslide as the MVP race we thought Gunnar was in a month ago.

Burnes touching 99's the last couple games is a little mouthwatering if we are accelerating for the closing stretch.     These are his decisive weeks for if it is 200 or 300.

Cedric may be a good bunter, but I pretty much hated the decision to have him sac bunt with runners on 1st and 2nd and nobody out last night, down 2-1 in the 2nd inning after three straight batters had singled.

Love to see that there are a lot of things on this list that oppose what the self proclaimed Orioles Hangout member scouts and talent evaluators have proclaimed over the past few weeks.

Player polls are always fun to talk about since on one hand, they are professionals in the sport, they know the game.  On the other hand a lot of them probably don't watch much baseball outside of the games they participate in.

How much weight is given to that one game three years ago when player X laid down that perfect bunt to win the game or when player Y threw a bullet to home to get the runner?

Title says this is also MLB executives and managers. I know what you're saying though. Players are not always the best talent evaluators, but they are around the game, and the front office guys and managers certainly watch more baseball than fans.
