So you are saying Mounty, O'Hearn, Mayo and Westy all back.  How does that work?  Who gets the playing time?

A long way to go and a ton of inter-related decisions to be made.

In theory, Mayo still needs to get through the rookie integration. Mounty would likely lose time.  Westy is a full timer.  O'Hearn gets bulk reps vs. RHP.

Mounty seems to be the least secured of a job, but as noted, there won't be a huge roster churn.  Mounty does provide a solid RHH, especially helpful if Santa isn't extended.

To bring it back to Mullins, I doubt they want HK or O'Hearn in LF much.  And that's a big roster piece.

Today B-Ref WAA has BAL 15th in 2024 CF production (Mullins 356, Cowser 114, Mateo + McKenna 13).

Cedric Mullins is a competent MLB middle of the diamond player on a cost constrained contract.    It will be fun if the #RisingTide makes him hit 9th, even against RHP.

There are some non-tender scenarios - G. Soto, Mateo, Urias, Irvin, maybe even Tyler Wells if we are really cutthroat.    Arb2 is like when Monopoly rents really inflate with 2 houses on a color group.    There's a reason why some say "he's good through Arb1" is a tier of player, but Cedric Mullins is better than that.

Right.  And the list of CF options to upgrade at a similar cost through FA has to be a short list.

Or they throw CF caution to the wind, hand the keys to Cowser and reallocate the $10m toward an SP.  But that doesn’t seem to fit the MO to date.

Mateo as a super utility and RH CF option could be in the cards.

I don't get why the O's have been so adverse to playing Mateo in the OF, especially CF.  He definitely has the athleticism for it.  His relatively poor bat woud not be as much of a handicap.  I think all of us would be at least somewhat happy w/ a plus defender in CF w/ a .650ish OPS.  OK some of the posters here think the O's should have a player w/ a .800+ OPS and gold glove at every position.
