Has anyone noticed that Wieters has no LEGS below the knees? Have we heard reports of him being in a terrible accident where his legs were amputated below the kneecap? Is it a coverup? Will he still be able to throw out Jeter at second on a steel if he has only two stumps to stand on? This is AWFUL!

He clearly heard about all the publicity Charlie Bennett got after his legs were amputated following a train accident in 1894. Don't be surprised if OPACY is renamed Wieters Park, and he gets a tribute day where he's showered with silver dollars. Attention hog. Sheesh.

It's there, right behind the scoreboard. It's just the angle the photo was taken. They omitted the hotel because there would have been too much black obviously and just wanted to focus on OPACY.
