I've said it before, I'll say it again...these guys largely are what the are.  Maybe you get a prospect that comes up and can increase his OBP and situational hitting skills but no hitting coach anywhere is going to make Schoop an OBP machine.  No one is going to get Trumbo to shorten his stroke and take it to the opposite field.
