How do you come to that conclusion? Flaherty is AAA material. He didn't light up minor league pitching past AA.

If the Oriole offense has to relay on Flaherty they are in trouble.

The big thing is if the starting pitching is near the bottom again in ERA and innings this team will go nowhere. They are playing two teams that probably will be in the playoffs.

Not that I disagree with your main point, but we are a team that should probably be in the playoffs too.

Back on topic, I have been beating the Flaherty is not a major league caliber starter for 3 years now, but repeatedly was in the minority on that view point. While I get that none of our guys are doing much right now (Cruz excluded) Flaherty just looks completely overmatched.
