Fair enough but Garcia has done nothing to prove he is anywhere close to a solid #2 that Chen has been the last few years. I sure hope the Orioles don't let him leave believing that they can put him in the rotation and thinking he is better than Chen.

Keep Garcia in the mix for the final four weeks. Let's see what he can do. We're done so give him a shot and get him some experience. He can begin the 2016 season in Norfolk and go from there.
